We are looking for a Technical Salesperson/Project Manager in the Incold business area

Our Incold business area performs refrigeration and freezer room contracts with complete deliveries of our own manufactured sandwich panels, doors, and gates with accessories. The business area is part of Wica Cold, which is in an expansive phase. Incold works with a wide range of products and customizes solutions for our customers where design, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly technology interact.

We are now looking for a driven salesperson & project manager for Incold's product portfolio. The customers are primarily construction companies, refrigeration companies, grocery stores, and property owners.

The sales district covers all of Sweden, with a particular focus on the Stockholm area and Mälardalen. Sales to our subsidiaries in Denmark, Norway, and Finland may also occur.

You have overall responsibility from start to finish – from market monitoring and new customer acquisition to nurturing and developing relationships with our existing customers. The role includes calculating and preparing bids, presenting offers, negotiating with customers, and participating in trade fairs and other customer activities.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure production, assembly, and delivery capacity. You are then responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out according to established decisions regarding finances, timelines, and quality, as well as compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.

You work independently in sales but are also an integral part of our sales and project management team. The position also involves a certain amount of travel.

Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have

• a background in project management & sales of similar products
• experience in construction contracting and knowledge of contract law
• post-secondary education in B2B
